บริษัท วินเนอร์ แมนชั่น จำกัด is a Thai company registered in Phuket. We work with residential property at every stage: architectural design, renovation, extension and reconstruction, interior design, construction and three-dimensional visualisation.
Our projects are developed as complete architectural and interior proposals rather than as isolated building works. Before anything is demolished or built, the house is studied as a whole: how it is used day to day, how people move through it, where the light falls, how air moves, where privacy is needed and where the interior should open towards the outside.
What we believe
Good residential architecture creates a seamless connection between comfort, functionality and beauty. A renovation is not a construction exercise. It is a change to the environment in which a family lives, works, rests and receives guests, and every space has to earn its place.
We give priority to openness, natural light and spatial continuity. Limitations of the original layout are resolved by reorganising functional zones and by building stronger visual and physical connections between interior and exterior.
Designed for the tropics
The architectural language is contemporary, but it is adapted to the climate of Southern Thailand: large openings, improved airflow, shaded outdoor areas and a considered relationship with the surrounding landscape. A house on Phuket has to work in the tropics, not in a catalogue.
